Our story began with Grant and his wife, Melanie, who shared a vision of creating beautiful custom home & pool projects that stand as a testament to superior craftsmanship.

From working out of a small home office and storing materials in their backyard, Grant’s determination and clear vision for the Patterson Brand have shaped the company into what it is today.

Grant’s attention to detail and commitment to prestige finishing were inspired by two of his greatest mentors: his father, Ray Patterson, and Steve Bridge, who guided him through his apprenticeship. Both taught him the importance of taking pride in every job—big or small—and the value of never cutting corners.

These lessons remain the cornerstone of our business philosophy and are evident in every project we undertake.

We partner with a number of leading Sydney architects to offer a complete design and construct service which helps to create a streamlined building journey. We collaborate with the architect from the beginning, to ensure your vision, design and your budget are always aligned.

Throughout the process, we want you to feel as involved as possible. We invite you to work alongside and collaborate with us to ensure an open and honest line of communication is created. This way, you feel in control and informed every step of the way. This includes having regular and direct one-on-one contact with Grant throughout your project as well as the support and guidance from our entire team.
