Stage 1:
Initial Consultation
The initial phase begins with a detailed phone consultation with our office manager, laying the groundwork for a strong and collaborative relationship between you and our team.
This initial conversation is crucial as it allows us to delve into the specifics of your project, explore your ideas, and start crafting the vision for your dream pool. It’s the perfect time to outline the scope of work, discuss your design preferences, and ensure that we fully understand your expectations.
Following this, we arrange an on-site meeting with our Managing Director, Grant, in the space where your new pool or pool renovation will be brought to life. This in-person consultation is invaluable as it allows us to walk through your backyard together, discussing your vision in real time.
This visit is a crucial step in the process, allowing us to assess the space first-hand and engage in a detailed conversation about your project.
Together, we’ll review your ideas and design concepts, ensuring that every aspect of your vision is realised. This personalised approach guarantees that your project is meticulously planned and executed, with every detail crafted to meet your exact specifications and create a pool that exceeds your expectations.
Stage 2:
Design & Plan

Investment Proposal & Contracts
Once the plans and scope of your project are finalised, we will develop a detailed Investment proposal that precisely outlines the required work.
We will present this proposal document to you, discussing each element to ensure it fully aligns with your vision. Once we have your approval, we will draft and provide the formal contracts for your signature, officially appointing Patterson Pools as your pool builder.

Construction

Additionally, we will schedule frequent on-site meetings, giving you the opportunity to see your design come to life and stay closely connected with every step of the construction process.

Completion and Handover
Upon completion of your project, we conduct a detailed inspection with you to ensure that every aspect of your new pool complies with standards and your expectations.
During this final walkthrough, we’ll review the completed works in detail and address any issues that require attention before you give your final approval.
